If you have an Android device and have been experiencing multiple crashes while using the PBK app, please try these steps to resolve the issue:
To correct the issue and allow for smooth operation of the app, the following steps should be followed. Also, please note that these steps will require a new login with your existing credentials.
- Locate and tap on the Setting app to launch it.
- Tap on the Apps menu option.
- Tap to view all apps installed on the device.
- Locate the Mobile Banking app and tap on it to open the App Info screen.
- Tap on the Storage & Cache option.
- Tap the Clear Storage option and tap OK in the confirmation pop-up.
- Tap the Clear Cache option and tap OK in the confirmation pop-up.
- Exit out of the Settings app.
- Locate and tap on the Mobile Banking app to launch it.
